Framed Art & Canvases - Delivery Information:
Important: Please note that framed art prints and canvases are delivered between 9 and 5 on a weekday. We are unable to give a specific time, so please ensure when placing your order that you provide us with an address where someone will be available to sign for your package, or where it can be left safely. A work address is often ideal.
Please add any special instructions for our couriers to our 'Special Instructions' box at the checkout. Alternately, please contact us to discuss delivery arrangements and we will be happy to help.
If you would prefer a Saturday or timed delivery, please contact us with your specifications. Special deliveries will be charged at cost and start at £25.00.
Unframed Prints - Shipping Costs:
UK Mainland: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over £30.00 (including Framed Art Prints, Sculpture Pedestals and Canvases). There is a £4.95 P&P charge on orders under £30.00.
UK Islands: We regret that we cannot always offer free shipping on framed art and canvases to non-mainland addresses and Northern Ireland. If this is the case, we will get in touch with a quote before proceeding with your order.
Urgent UK orders: Normal UK delivery on unframed prints takes between 1-5 working days. However, we can in many cases offer a Next Day Courier Service on request. Costs differ, so please give us a call to arrange delivery of an urgent order.
Please note that we do not ship Framed Art Prints or Sculpture Pedestals outside the UK.
European Union: There is a £4.95 P&P charge on all orders. VAT applies.
For very valuable artworks / large quantities / oversize prints (where both sides measure over 80cm) we may need to pass on extra shipping costs. However, we will contact you with a quote if this is necessary. If you want to know if a particular print will incur extra shipping costs, please contact us.
Outside the EU:
Switzerland, Iceland, Monaco and Norway: There is a £4.95 P&P charge on orders under £30.00. Over £30.00 shipping of £6.95 will be added.
USA & Canada: There is a £4.95 P&P charge on orders under £30.00. Over £30.00 and £6.95 shipping will be added to orders.

Australia, New Zealand:
£4.95 Shipping on orders under £30.00. Due to a series of recent problems, we will now only ship orders over £30.00 via International Signed For, so please contact us for a quote.
About Taxes / VAT: Because The Fine Art Company a UK based company, our website automatically lists our Value Added Tax (VAT) when you click the 'buy' button. But don't panic - VAT is deducted from American, Australian and other non EU orders before we process your credit card, and if you prefer to pay via Paypal, we'll refund the VAT amount back to your Paypal account. Basically, you'll be saving 17.5% of the print prices seen on our site!
Duty: Customers ordering goods from outside the UK are responsible for any customs / import costs incurred.
Currency Converter: If you need to get an idea of the cost of your order in your local currency, there's a very useful currency converter at www.xe.com.
