Dave Lupton Art Prints
Dave Lupton studied illustration at Portsmouth and then went on to study for an M.A in Sequential Illustration at the University of Brighton.
His work is grounded in the traditions of drawing and reflects a love of melancholy and the macabre. Through his illustration, he attempts to convey a sense of mood, emotion and through a love of cinema; a strong sense of narrative.
David is currently working as a freelance illustrator and has created work for bands such as Keane, Keith Caputo and The Veils and for publications such as The Guardian, The Independent, New Scientist, Onboard and Time Out.
His work has also been used in children’s books, music videos, short films and for posters, animation and set design. David is now working on a series of illustrated books which he hopes to someday find a publisher for.
